We are three 8th grade girls participating in the 2019's program of Girls Who Code. 2019 will be Julia's third year, Josie's 2nd year, and Emma's 1st year of participating in the program. This year entailed experimenting with python, researching heart rates, and playing around with circuit playgrounds. Eventually we landed on coding a questionnaire and designing this very website!

This Year's Project:
This year, our class's theme was mental health. After much debate and brainstorming,we decide to research how anxiety effects heart rate. If you are experiencing fear, anxiety or stress, your heart rate will increase. We wanted to find a way for people to check their heart rate in a stress free environment.
